Founding lawyer
Marianne Leloup-Dassonville
Marianne Leloup-Dassonville was sworn in in 2012. After various experiences in international business firms, in Paris and Rome, Marianne was an NGO Director in London for three years.
She established her law firm specializing in Immigration and Nationality Law in 2019 in Paris.
Marianne has also been an administrator of the association Droits d'urgence since 2024 and is the author of the essay France, terre d'écueils (Rue de l'échiquier, 2025).
In the past, Marianne volunteered with the Salvation Army and Cimade.
She speaks fluent French, English and Italian.

Associate lawyer
Lola Kleinfinger
Lola Kleinfinger holds a Master's degree in French and Common Law (University of Paris Nanterre) and an LLM in International Law (American University). She has been admitted to the New York Bar since May 2019 and to the Paris Bar since January 2021.
She joined the firm in 2024 after several years at a firm specializing in immigration law. She is passionate about defending human rights and has acquired expertise in matters of nationality, residency, and civil status.
She speaks fluent French and English, and also speaks Spanish.

Mathilde Silvestre
Mathilde Silvestre studied law at Paris 2 Panthéon Assas University, within the framework of the "European Lawyer" program. Graduate
from King's College London (LL.M. Transnational Law) and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (LL.M. Europaïsches Recht und Rechtsvergleich), and she joined the firm in 2023.
She specialized in human rights and immigration law through several internships at the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal and within the Sherpa and ECCHR organizations, as well as through volunteer activities.
Mathilde speaks fluent French and English, and also speaks German.

Emmanuel Despax
Emmanuel Despax holds a Double Degree in Law and Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE), as well as a Master's degree in European Union Law and Litigation from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
He was sworn in in 2025.
Passionate about European issues, he turned to Immigration Law, a field in which he specialized through several internships in law firms and at the Paris Administrative Court. Defending the rights of foreigners is now at the heart of his professional commitment.
Emmanuel speaks fluent French and English.
